INTENSIVE SILENCE PROGRAM ONLINE

Date: 15-18.Aug 2024

Timings in Central European Time:                                                                               

15.Aug: 19:00-20:30 CEST
16-17.Aug: 06:00-20:30 CEST with breaks
18.Aug: 6:30-17:00 CEST with breaks

Prerequisites:  

- Completion of minimum 3 Silence courses and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation 
- Availability to attend all course sessions and on time
- A private quiet space to use throughout the course
- A stable internet connection – broadband wired or wireless
- Ability to avoid TV, radio, social media etc during the silence period 

Each participant will receive a separate email with a Zoom link to participate in the course.  
The course is conducted in English. Translations to different languages will be available, but only on request so please do inform us as much in advance as possible by writing an email to: europe.info@artofliving.org

The latest request for the translation is on the 12.Aug.


The registration for the course closes on 15.Aug at 15:00 CEST in order to make sure that there is enough time for technical preparation of the course.

ART OF LIVING PART 2 (ART OF SILENCE)

Over 4 days of silence, you will go on a remarkable inward journey through several specially designed activities, such as:

Deep Meditations: A set of guided meditations called "Hollow and Empty" are the core aspect of the program, taking you deeper within and providing deep rest and emotional cleansing.

Yoga: Start your mornings with a yoga routine specially designed to deepen your meditation, unite body and mind. This helps you detox and feel lighter.

Sudarshan Kriya™: Strengthen and grow in your daily practice of Sudarshan Kriya™ through daily group practice sessions.

Vedic Wisdom: Break through limiting mental patterns and develop a fresh perspective on life through daily discourses by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. 

Mudras: Build upon the breathing exercises you already know with Pranayamas and learn a series of Mudras -- a subtle technique that uses hand formations to channel your energies. 

Learn: Come away with instructions and advanced techniques that will develop your practice at home.
