The course starts on 18.Apr at 19.00 CEST and finishes on 27.Apr at 13.00 CEST

Prerequisites:  
- Completion of minimum three Silence Programs 
- Availability to attend all course sessions and on time
- A private quiet space to use throughout the course
- A stable internet connection – broadband wired or wireless

Each participant will receive a separate email with a Zoom link to participate in the course and preparation meeting.  

The course is conducted in English. Translations to different languages will be available, but only on request so please do inform us by writing an email to: europe.info@artofliving.org

The registration for the course closes on 18.Apr at 15:00 CEST in order to make sure that there is enough time for technical preparation of the course.
