INTENSIVE SILENCE PROGRAM ONLINE

4 -7 Dec

4.Dec: 19:00-20:30 CET
5 -6 Dec: 06:00-20:30 CET with breaks
7. Dec: 6:30-17:00 CET with breaks

Prerequisites:  

- Completion of minimum 3 Silence courses and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation 
- Availability to attend all course sessions and on time
- A private quiet space to use throughout the course
- A stable internet connection – broadband wired or wireless
- Ability to avoid TV, radio, social media etc during the silence period 

Each participant will receive a separate email with a Zoom link to participate in the course.  
The course is conducted in English. Translations to different languages will be available, but only on request so please do inform us as much in advance as possible by writing an email to: europe.info@artofliving.org

The last request for the translation should be sent by 27 Nov.

The registration for the course closes on 4.Dec at 15:00 CET already in order to make sure that there is enough time for technical preparation of the course.
