The Silence Course with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is happening for the second time in Bulgaria after 13 years, this time at the unique mineral water SPA resort Pavel Banya. 

As with every Silence course, there will be a full-day program with various guided meditations aimed at clearing emotional blockages and releasing deeply rooted stress.

The most wonderful part is that there will be special meditations led live by Gurudev in the mornings. In the evenings, we’ll have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in uplifting sessions with Sanskrit chanting to elevate our energy, as well as live Q&A sessions with Gurudev, where everyone will have the chance to ask a question and receive an answer.
